“OUR CODE OF ETHICS”

1. Code of Ethics – HIGH DESERT WILD SHEEP GUIDES

(a) To institute and adopt a professional and sportsmanlike conception of wildlife and hunting of wild sheep.

(b) To promote hunting by fair chase: the pursuit of trophy wild sheep and other wildlife in a legal and sportsmanlike manner, without herding, driving or chasing animals with the use of mechanically powered equipment;

(c) To act consistently with the practice of hunting wildlife, to promote and assist in the conservation of wild sheep and to cooperate with the Division of Wildlife Resource’s Personnel and other government agencies concerning laws, regulations, permits, and conservation.

(d) To assist in the prevention of illegal or unsportsmanlike practice by anyone in the guiding profession or by anyone engaged in the sport of hunting or photography.

(e) To promote and safeguard the interests of HIGH DESERT WILD SHEEP GUIDES, our clients, The Full Curl Society, FNAWS and the Utah Chapter of FNAWS.

(f) To endorse and foster a code of business ethics consistent with ethical standards and the laws and regulations of the State of Utah.
